Maintenance Information Collecting System (MICS)

 

 

This equipment collects, processes and stores Operating information of substations (e.g. voltage, current, watt-hour, fault information) and Maintenance information of facilities (monitoring of equipment condition, equipment error, total number of error counts) at all once.
Also, It displays the above information on a real time monitor, executes data processing and makes reports such as daily, monthly and annual reports.
This System contributes to an immediate collection of required information and laborsaving at substations because it interactively communicates with CC (central control center) or Maintenance section through network via telephone lines.

Information Measuring Equipment

 

 

This equipment collects information of DC bus and feeders at DC substations. For example, it collects and processes Load information (voltage, current, watt-hour), Fault information (feeder name, fault occurrence time, breaking current value, estimated short circuit current (MEB-5A type)) and Maintenance information. The information is displayed on a monitor and stored: further, an optional our Play Back Equipment makes reports of load information (daily and monthly reports), and displays waveform of fault information and maintenance information as well. It is also possible to transmit the data to RTU (remote terminal unit).
In addition, another fault locating type is available, which cooperates with the Transfer Trip Equipment (refer to DC Equipment for Electric Railways) and specifies a fault point when a fault occurs at DC feeder circuit. This is the first type in the industries as with a locating function.

This is a detector to measure making and breaking current values and each flowing time of a High speed circuit breaker and Disconnecting switch installed in substations with high accuracy. Lightning Arrester Leakage Current Detecting Equipment

 

 

At substations, lightning arresters are installed to prevent lightning damage. This equipment is a detector that continuously monitors leakage current of the arrestor and used to diagnose the deteriorating conditions of the arrestor in cooperating with ME system control panels at substations.
